Shortage of skilled and experienced engineers in our IT industry. Due to brain drain affect, fresh engineers lack opportunity to learn from experienced engineers. Due to lack of practical education in Bangladesh, fresh engineers take long time to get ready in software job roles.
In the global market, cost of Indian and Chinese IT resources become very high. Bangladesh can be alternative for low cost skilled IT resources.
